According to several studies, our physiological conditions have significant effect on our emotional conditions. As an example, when you smile, you become happier and calmer.

2. Breath control

Control your breath. There is no need to rush. By learning how to control your breathing, you will find that your levels of confidence and calmness increase gradually. Taking a deep breath also helps to calm your nerves.

Therefore, it is important for you to maintain a constant and simple breath control level so that you get enough oxygen for your brain to think clearly and logically.
