  • Changing to a healthier diet can also help you reduce the menstruation pains and cramps.
  • Experts recommend a reduction in the intake of red meat, eggs and many lacteous products.
  • Reduce the intake of grease acids which are mainly found in salmon cans and linseed oil.
  • Avoid taking multivitamins and magnesium supplements during menstruation or take in a moderate level.
  • Reduce the intake or avoid taking vitamin E during your period time.
  • Avoid stress as much as possible during menstruation.
  • Avoid doing acupuncture, yoga and massage intensively during menstruation.
