  • If you have an eating disorder, depression or has gone through a physical or sexual abuse then in such cases it always good to consult a doctor
  • Focus on things that you like about your body like singing, playing sports or listening to music which would make you feel good
  • Always think positive things about your appearance and you’ll feel great about yourself
